For the Chicken Marinade:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 tablespoons olive oil

Zest and juice of 1 large lemon

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Wraps:

4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps

2 cups baby spinach

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or tzatziki for dressing

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

      - Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, coating them thoroughly. Let sit for 10-15 minutes while you prepare the grill.

        Preheat the Grill:

          - Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If you’re using an outdoor grill, make sure it's well-oiled to prevent sticking.

            Grill the Chicken:

              - Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place on the grill.

                - Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken has nice grill marks.

                  - Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

                    Prepare the Wraps:

                      - While the chicken is resting, lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of Greek yogurt or tzatziki on each tortilla.

                        - Top with baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, avocado, and feta cheese if using.

                          Assemble the Wraps:
