1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice)

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn tortillas

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture, then season with salt to taste. Mix gently and set aside to let the flavors meld.

    Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

      Warm the Tortillas: While the shrimp are cooking, warm the corn tortillas. You can do this on a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for about 20 seconds.
