Ingredients

1 package (9 oz) fresh cheese ravioli

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Cook the Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add the fresh cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-5 minutes). Stir gently to prevent sticking. Once cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water and drain the ravioli.

Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Combine Everything: Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss gently to coat the ravioli evenly in the butter. If the mixture seems dry, gradually add reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.

Season: Sprinkle in the thyme, parsley, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss everything together for another minute to warm through and blend the flavors.

Serve: Plate the garlic butter ravioli and finish with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese and extra parsley for garnish. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty finish.

Enjoy your delightful meal in just 30 minutes!
