1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the chicken.

    Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. This ensures that the skewers cook evenly and gives them a nice crispy exterior.

      Assemble the Skewers: Once the chicken has marinated, take the skewers and thread the chicken cubes onto them. You can add vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or cherry tomatoes between the chicken pieces for added color and flavor.

        Cook the Skewers: Place the assembled skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded.
