Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your choice)

2 cups mixed fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and kiwi)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Mason jars or portable containers for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Wash all the fresh fruits thoroughly. If using strawberries and bananas, slice them into bite-sized pieces. Keep the blueberries and kiwi as is. Set the prepared fruit aside.

Flavor the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well to ensure the yogurt is creamy and deliciously flavored.

Layer the Jars: Take your mason jars or portable containers and begin layering the ingredients. Start by spooning in about 1/3 cup of the flavored yogurt at the bottom of each jar.

Add Granola: After the yogurt layer, sprinkle a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons) over the yogurt to add crunch.

Fruit Layering: Next, add a layer of mixed fresh fruit over the granola (approximately 1/2 cup). You can mix the fruit for variety or keep them sorted for a colorful presentation.

Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process two more times (yogurt, granola, fruit) until you reach the top of the jar, leaving some space if you want to top with a final sprinkle of granola or a slice of fruit.

Chill & Serve: Once layered, if you’re preparing these in advance for the week, seal the jars with their lids and place them in the fridge. Allow them to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. These parfaits can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Enjoy On-the-Go: Grab a jar in the morning, and you have a nutritious, delicious breakfast ready to go!
