Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

4 large russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Cut each potato into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato).

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until fully combined.

        Add the potato wedges to the bowl with the oil and spices. Toss well until all the wedges are evenly coated in the mixture.

          Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they’re not overlapping to allow for even cooking.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven and carefully flip each wedge to ensure even browning.

              Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and return them to the oven. Bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.

                Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
