Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and lettuce)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped (or pecans)

1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

      - Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

        - Grill or cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

                Add the Chicken:
