1-inch piece of ginger, grated

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1-2 tablespoons black pepper (adjust based on heat preference)

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1/4 cup chicken broth or water
