Instructions

Prepare the Fries:

    - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

      - Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin fries or wedges, depending on your preference.

        - In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

          - Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

            - Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and crispy.

              Make the Chili:

                - While the fries are baking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

                  - Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

                    - Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

                      - Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned.

                        - Drain any excess fat and stir in the chili seasoning mix, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and beef broth.

                          - Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

                            Prepare the Cheese Sauce:

                              - In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

                                - Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute to create a roux.

                                  - Gradually add the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.

                                    - Continue to cook and whisk until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.

                                      - Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until smooth. Add mustard powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

                                        Assemble the Bliss Fries:

                                          - Once the fries are baked and crispy, place them on a serving platter or individual plates.

                                            - Pour the warm chili generously over the fries.

                                              - Drizzle the cheese sauce on top, making sure to cover the chili in cheesy goodness.

                                                - Add optional toppings like sliced green onions, jalapeños, sour cream, or fresh cilantro as desired.

                                                  Serve and Enjoy:
