Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 medium tomatoes, diced

1 ripe avocado, sliced

½ cup fresh spinach leaves

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

¼ cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce (optional)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken: Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure both sides are well coated.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

      Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken has cooled slightly, shred it using two forks or chop it into bite-sized pieces.

        Melt the Cheese: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the pan. Stir until melted and combined, then add the shredded chicken to the cheese mixture. Stir until the chicken is fully coated in the melted cheese.
