Ingredients
  

  • 2.0 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1.0 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
  • 1.0 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1.0 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1.0 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1.0 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1.0 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1.0 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1.0 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1.0 teaspoon salt
  • 1.0 teaspoon pepper
  • 1.0 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2.0 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.0 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cooked quinoa or rice, and steamed broccoli.
  • In another bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the cheesy mixture over the turkey, quinoa, and broccoli. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined and coated in the cheesy sauce.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with olive oil, ensuring they're well-coated.
  • Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy herb goodness!
