Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese

4-6 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (adjust based on spice preference)

½ cup crispy bacon bits (about 4-5 slices, cooked and crumbled)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth and creamy with an electric mixer or a whisk.

Cheese It Up: Stir in both the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese until fully combined.

Add Flavor: Mix in the finely chopped jalapeños, crispy bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure everything is well incorporated.

Prepare for Baking: Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish (about 8x8 inches is ideal) and smooth the top with a spatula.

Crunchy Topping: In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil (about 1 tablespoon) to help them brown. Sprinkle evenly over the dip mixture.

Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Serve: Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita chips, or sliced veggies for dipping. Enjoy!
