Ingredients

2 cups rotini pasta (or your choice of pasta)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Blanch Broccoli: In the same pot (or a separate pot), bring water to a boil and add the broccoli florets. Blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender; drain and set aside.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until well-coated.

Assemble the Bake: In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, pour the pasta mixture. Spread it evenly, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the bake from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy this creamy, cheesy Chicken Alfredo Bake that's perfect for a comforting dinner!
