Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

Ingredients
  

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

6 slices of bacon

1 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for cooking

Optional: sliced jalapeños, avocado, or any other desired toppings

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

      - Drizzle a bit of olive oil on the grill or skillet and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. (You can also bake the chicken at 375°F for 25-30 minutes if preferred.)

        Cook the Bacon:

          - While the chicken is cooking, prepare the bacon. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and let it drain on paper towels. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

            Assemble the Wraps:

              - Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

                - Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla, then layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced chicken, chopped bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. If using, add jalapeños or avocado for an extra kick.

                  Wrap Them Up:

                    - To wrap, fold the sides of the tortilla toward the center, then bring the bottom up and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat for all tortillas.

                      Heat the Wraps (optional):

                        - For a warm, crispy finish, place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in a hot skillet with a little olive oil. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

                          Slice and Serve:

                            - Cut each wrap in half or quarters. Serve with additional ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
