1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Vegetable oil, for frying

For the Chili Honey Glaze:

½ cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Nuggets:

    - In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

      - In another bowl, place the beaten eggs. In a third bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.

        - Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally coat it with panko breadcrumbs. Ensure each nugget is well coated.

          Fry the Nuggets:

            - Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, gently add the chicken nuggets in batches, avoiding overcrowding the pan.

              - Fry for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, turning occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

                Make the Chili Honey Glaze:

                  - In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well and bring it to a gentle simmer.

                    - Allow the mixture to simmer for about 3-5 minutes or until it thickens slightly.

                      Glaze the Nuggets:

                        - Place the fried chicken nuggets in a large bowl. Drizzle the chili honey glaze over the nuggets and toss to coat evenly.
