1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, ground flaxseeds, and sea salt. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
