8 oz fusilli pasta (or pasta of your choice)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/3 cup black olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.

    Prepare the Vegetables: While the pasta is cooling, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl along with the sliced black olives and crumbled feta cheese.

      Mix the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: Once the pasta has cooled completely, add it to the bowl with the vegetables. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until everything is well-coated.
