1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 small celery stalk, finely diced

4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

Optional toppings: sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, or sprouts

Prepare the Avocado Mixture: In a medium bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork until smooth. Add in the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice, mixing well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Incorporate Tuna and Add-ins: Add the drained tuna to the avocado mixture, breaking it up gently with a fork. Stir in the chopped dill and diced celery, ensuring everything is well mixed.
