1 can (5 oz) of tuna, drained

1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, and romaine)

Optional: Cherry tomatoes, sliced for garnish

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, flesh of the avocado, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lime juice.

    Mash & Mix: Using a fork, mash the avocado and combine it with the tuna until a creamy consistency is achieved, leaving some chunks for texture.

      Add Veggies: Stir in the diced celery, chopped red onion, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

        Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. If desired, warm them slightly in a dry skillet to make them pliable.

          Assemble the Wraps: Place a layer of mixed salad greens in the center of each tortilla. Spoon a generous amount of the creamy tuna mixture over the greens.
