1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and sauté until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

    Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes, stirring them well. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
