1 cup orzo pasta

2 cups vegetable broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Cook the Orzo: In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Broth: In a medium saucepan, combine the vegetable broth and heavy cream, then heat over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

      Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.

        Combine Ingredients: Once the garlic is fragrant, pour in the simmering broth and cream mixture, and add the cooked orzo. Stir well to combine.
