1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 large egg (or flax egg for vegan)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Prepare the Broccoli: Begin by washing and thoroughly drying the broccoli florets. Cut them into bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.

    Make the Coating: In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a uniform coating mixture.

      Create the Egg Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk the egg (or flax egg). Add the olive oil and mix until well combined.
