1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation: Begin by washing and peeling the sweet potatoes. Cut them into thin sticks (about 1/4 inch thick) for optimal crispiness.

    Soak (optional): For even crisper fries, soak the sweet potato sticks in cold water for at least 30 minutes. This step helps remove excess starch. After soaking, drain and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
