1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup parmesan cheese, shaved (or vegan alternative)

¼ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh lemon juice (to taste)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chickpeas: Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat them dry with a paper towel. This will help them become crispy when roasted.
