1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the pizza dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about ¼-inch thick.

      Cut into squares: Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into squares, roughly 3x3 inches.

        Assemble the rolls:

          - Place a slice of pepperoni on each square.

            - Sprinkle a generous tablespoon of mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.

              - Optional: Add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes on top of the cheese for extra flavor.
