1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large whole wheat or spinach wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup sliced cucumbers

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup vegan ranch or yogurt sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chickpeas: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the drained chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and gently pat them dry. This will help them become crispier when baked.

    Season Them Up: In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss well until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
