4 everything bagels

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional for added flavor)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Slice the Bagels: Carefully slice each bagel into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. You should get about 12-14 slices from each bagel, depending on size.

      Prepare the Oil Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and grated Parmesan cheese (if using).

        Coat the Bagel Slices: In a large bowl, add the bagel slices and drizzle the olive oil mixture over them. Toss gently to ensure each slice is evenly coated with the seasoning.

          Arrange on Baking Sheet: Lay the coated bagel slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they aren’t overlapping to ensure maximum crunchiness.
