Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pickled jalapeño slices, drained and chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (for crunch)

Cooking oil spray (or vegetable oil for frying)

Optional: ranch dressing, for dipping

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped jalapeños, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cheese and jalapeño mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Fold in the sides and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is enclosed. Repeat this for all tortillas.

Coat with Panko: Place the Panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Roll each wrapped tortilla in the Panko, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs to the surface and create a crispy coating.

Cook the Wraps: Preheat a skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking oil or add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the Panko-coated wraps seam side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then carefully flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes. You may need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding the skillet.

Serve: Once all wraps are fried to a golden crisp, remove them from the skillet and place them on paper towels to absorb any excess oil. Slice each wrap into bite-sized pieces and serve them warm with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
