Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 slider buns (mini hamburger buns)

4 slices of cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

Lettuce leaves

Tomato slices

Pickles (optional)

Ketchup and mustard (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly, but do not overwork the meat to keep the sliders tender.

Form the Patties: Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and form them into small, slightly thicker patties that will fit the slider buns.

Cook the Patties: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil (if needed) and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness (ideally medium for juiciness).

Add Cheese: In the last minute of cooking, place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cover the skillet to help the cheese melt.

Assemble the Sliders: While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half. Optionally, you can toast the buns lightly in the oven. Once the cheese has melted, place each patty on the bottom half of a bun.

Top with Fresh Ingredients: Layer on lettuce, a slice of tomato, and pickles atop each cheeseburger patty. Add ketchup and mustard as desired.

Serve: Place the top halves of the buns on each slider and serve them warm on a platter. Enjoy your delicious mini cheeseburgers!
