Ingredients

2 cups penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, broccoli, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are coated.

Combine Pasta and Chicken: Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture, gently folding to combine everything evenly.

Layer the Bake: Pour the pasta and chicken mix into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil (to prevent over-browning) and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
