1/3 cup melted butter

1 teaspoon baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan, or you can line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the melted butter with the mashed bananas until well blended. You can use a fork or a whisk for this.

      Add the Egg and Vanilla: Stir in the beaten egg and vanilla extract into the banana mixture until smooth.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the baking soda, salt, sugar, flour, and ground cinnamon (if using). Stir until well combined.
