1 lb ground turkey

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 oz)

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 medium tomato, diced

1 avocado, diced

3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Tortilla chips for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet, over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).

    Add Aromatics: Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent (about 3-5 minutes).
