Ingredients

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup granola (your choice)

2 cups mixed fall fruits (e.g., diced apples, pears, pomegranate seeds, and figs)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Fruits: In a medium bowl, mix the diced apples and pears with the cinnamon. If using pomegranate seeds, add them in as well. Allow the fruit mixture to sit for about 5 minutes to let the flavors combine.

Layer the Parfaits: In clear glasses or bowls, begin by adding ½ cup of vanilla Greek yogurt at the bottom of each serving dish.

Add Toppings: Next, sprinkle ¼ cup of granola over the yogurt layer, followed by a generous layer of the mixed fall fruit. If desired, drizzle a little honey or maple syrup on top of the fruit layer for added sweetness.

Repeat the Layers: Continue to layer the remaining ingredients in the same order (yogurt, granola, fruit) until the glasses are full, finishing with a top layer of fruits.

Garnish: Sprinkle the chopped nuts on the top layer for added crunch and finish with a fresh mint leaf for a touch of color and aroma.

Serve Immediately: Enjoy your parfaits right away for the best texture, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
