3 cups cooked rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta & Vegetables: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Add the broccoli florets and mushrooms in the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Chicken Alfredo Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, cooked broccoli, and mushrooms. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and mix well until everything is evenly coated.

        Season the Mixture: Sprinkle in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

          Layer the Casserole: Pour half of the chicken Alfredo mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the mixture.

            Add Remaining Mixture: Layer the remaining chicken Alfredo mixture on top, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. If using, add breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy finish.

              Bake: Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
