Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla for additional sweetness)

1 large apple, peeled and diced (Fuji or Honeycrisp recommended)

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or a sprinkle of granola for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Add Fruits and Nuts: Gently fold in the diced apple and chopped pecans into the yogurt mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated with the yogurt.

Form Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, scoop the yogurt mixture and drop it onto the parchment to form small clusters, approximately 2 inches apart. You can optionally sprinkle chocolate chips or granola on top of each cluster for extra flavor and texture.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt clusters to freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until they are solid.

Store and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy them as a refreshing snack or treat directly from the freezer!
