Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: granola, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut

Instructions

Prepare the Berries: If the frozen berries are clumped together, allow them to sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften slightly. Gently chop any larger berries for even distribution.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and creamy. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the mixed frozen berries into the yogurt mixture. Be careful not to over-mix, as you want to maintain the integrity of the berries.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the berry-yogurt mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each compartment about ¾ full. Tap the molds on the countertop to eliminate air bubbles.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and allow the yogurt bites to freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until completely solid.

Remove and Store: Once frozen, gently pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. They should keep well for up to 3 months.

Serve: Enjoy these deliciously refreshing yogurt bites straight from the freezer as a snack or a dessert. For an extra crunch, dip them into granola, chopped nuts, or toss in some shredded coconut before serving.
