Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup granola or crushed nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Berries: If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces. Mix all the berries in a bowl and set aside.

Mix Yogurt Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

Combine: Fold the mixed berries into the yogurt mixture gently to ensure they are evenly distributed without breaking too many berries.

Form Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, drop dollops of the berry-yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.

Add Toppings: If desired, sprinkle granola or crushed nuts on top of each cluster for added crunch.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and transfer them to an airtight container or zip-top bag for storage. Enjoy them as a refreshing snack straight from the freezer!
