2 ripe bananas

1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and place them in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Mix in Liquids: Add the cooled brewed coffee, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the blended bananas. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.

      Add Texture: If desired, stir in mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts for an extra crunch in your bites.

        Prepare Molds: Pour the smoothie mixture into silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin cups to create bite-sized pieces.
