Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup coconut milk (or yogurt for creaminess)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional toppings: shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into smaller chunks. If using fresh pineapple, chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.

Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the banana chunks, pineapple, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy mixture.

Taste Test: Take a small spoonful of the mixture and taste it. Adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup, then blend again briefly to incorporate.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the blended mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.

Insert Sticks: Place popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small plastic cups and insert the sticks after about an hour of freezing when the mixture is slightly set.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold: To remove the pops, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them, then gently pull on the sticks to release the pops.

Add Toppings (Optional): If desired, roll the frozen pops in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or mini chocolate chips before serving for an added crunch and flavor.

Serve & Enjoy: Enjoy your refreshing Tropical Breeze Frozen Pineapple Banana Pops on a warm day or as a delightful treat anytime!
