Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1/4 cup granola (for added crunch, optional)

A sprinkle of chia seeds or shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a medium-sized bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt and mix well until fully combined. If you prefer a sweeter bark, stir in honey or maple syrup to taste.

Spread the Mixture: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the banana-yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Add Strawberries: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries on top of the banana-yogurt layer. Gently press them into the mixture to ensure they stick.

Add Crunch: If desired, sprinkle the granola evenly over the top for added texture. You can also sprinkle chia seeds or shredded coconut for a nutritional boost.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours, or until the bark is completely frozen and firm.

Break & Serve: Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Using a sharp knife or your hands, break the bark into pieces or squares. Serve immediately or store extra pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
