Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

1 banana, sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1/2 cup coconut water (for a tropical twist)

Juice of 1 lime (for brightness)

Optional: Chia seeds or granola for added texture

Instructions

Blend the Fruits: In a blender, combine the strawberries, kiwis, banana, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), coconut water, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary. Blend again for a few seconds if you've added more sweetener.

Prepare the Molds: If desired, sprinkle chia seeds or granola at the bottom of your popsicle molds for added texture.

Fill the Molds: Pour the smoothie mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top (about 1/2 inch) to allow for expansion as they freeze.

Insert Sticks: If your molds come with sticks, insert them. If not, you can use wooden popsicle sticks or plastic spoons.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Unmold the Pops: To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 10-15 seconds, then gently pull on the sticks to remove the popsicles.

Enjoy: Serve immediately or store in a freezer bag to enjoy later. These pops are perfect for a refreshing snack or dessert!
