Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

¼ cup crushed nuts (walnuts or pecans)

½ cup sliced strawberries

½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned and drained)

Whipped cream (for topping, optional)

Maraschino cherries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into 1/2-inch thick disks. Arrange them in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.

Layer Yogurt on Bananas: Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, place a generous dollop of the yogurt mixture onto each banana disk, ensuring they are evenly covered.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, sliced strawberries, and pineapple chunks over the yogurt-covered banana disks. Feel free to mix and match the toppings according to your preference.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or until the yogurt is firm.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the disks from the baking sheet. You can serve them as is or add a dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with a maraschino cherry for an extra treat.

Storage: Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
