For the Frozen Yogurt Layer:

2 cups Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) for mixing in

Extra berries for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Brownie Batter:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth and set aside.

      - In another bowl, mix together maple syrup, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

        - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.

          Bake the Brownie Layer:

            - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

              - Pour the brownie batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely in the pan.

                Prepare the Frozen Yogurt Layer:

                  - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or agave syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

                    - Fold in the fresh berries, gently mixing to distribute without breaking them.

                      Assemble the Squares:

                        - Once the brownie layer is completely cooled, spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the brownie layer in the pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

                          - Top with additional fresh berries for a pop of color.

                            Freeze and Serve:

                              - Cover the pan with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

                                - Once frozen, remove from the freezer. Allow to sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes for easier cutting, then slice into squares.

                                  - Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
