Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh or frozen pitted cherries, chopped

½ cup sliced almonds

½ cup dark chocolate chips (optional for drizzling)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Add Cherries and Almonds: Gently fold in the chopped cherries and sliced almonds into the yogurt mixture. Ensure that the cherries are evenly distributed throughout the mix.

Shape the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, scoop the yogurt-cherry-almond mixture and drop clusters onto the baking sheet. Aim for around 1-2 inches apart to allow for even freezing.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Prepare Chocolate Drizzle (Optional): If you choose to add a chocolate drizzle, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 15-second increments until smooth and fully melted. Allow to cool slightly.

Drizzle and Serve: Remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer. If using chocolate, drizzle the melted chocolate over the clusters using a fork or a squeeze bottle for an artistic touch. Let sit for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens slightly.

Store: Transfer the clusters to an airtight container and store in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them.
