Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup granola or nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare Berries: If using fresh berries, wash and dry them thoroughly. For frozen berries, let them thaw slightly and pat dry.

Mix Yogurt: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if using) and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Fold in Add-ins: Gently fold in the mixed berries and granola or nuts. Be careful not to crush the berries too much; you want them to hold their shape.

Scoop Clusters: Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1-2 inches apart. You can also create clusters by using the back of the spoon to compact them a little.

Add Garnish: If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut on top of each cluster for an extra touch of flavor.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt clusters freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.

Store and Serve: Once frozen, transfer the yogurt clusters to an airtight container and keep in the freezer. Enjoy them straight from the freezer as a refreshing snack!
