Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups granola (your choice; consider adding nuts or dried fruit for variety)

1/4 cup almond or peanut butter (for added creaminess)

2 tablespoons chia seeds (for texture and nutrition, optional)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond or peanut butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add Crunch: Gently fold in the granola and chia seeds, ensuring that they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture without breaking them apart too much.

Line the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch (or similar-sized) baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

Spread the Mixture: Pour the yogurt-granola mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula to create a smooth top.

Freeze: Place the baking dish in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until the mixture is completely frozen.

Cut Into Bars: Once frozen solid, remove the dish from the freezer and use the parchment overhang to lift the mixture out. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into rectangles or squares, based on your desired bar size.

Store or Serve: Individually wrap the bars in parchment paper or plastic wrap for easy grab-and-go snacks, or serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
