1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup roasted peanuts (chopped or whole)

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: dark chocolate chips for drizzling

Prep the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

    Fold in Peanuts: Gently fold in the chopped or whole roasted peanuts into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout.

      Form the Bites: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, portion out the yogurt mixture, shaping them into bite-sized balls or scoops. Place each ball on the prepared baking sheet.
