2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

1/3 cup maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (for crust)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for crust)

Optional: whipped cream and pumpkin spice for topping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust:

    - In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

      - Press this mixture into the bottom of serving cups or a muffin tin to form the crust. Ensure it's compact and even. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

        Make the Pumpkin Mixture:

          - In another bowl, whisk together the canned pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until well combined. This will be your pumpkin filling.

            Prepare Yogurt Layer:
