1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced pickles (optional)

For the Dough:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

For Topping:

Extra Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

      - Add in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles (if using), then set aside.

        Preheat the Oven:

          - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

            Prepare the Dough:

              - Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc, about 3-4 inches in diameter.

                Form the Bombs:

                  - Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each biscuit disc.

                    - Fold the dough over the filling and pinch together to seal tightly, ensuring no filling escapes.

                      Make the Garlic Parmesan Coating:

                        - In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.

                          - Brush the tops of each filled biscuit with the garlic Parmesan mixture generously.

                            Bake:

                              - Place the cheeseburger bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.

                                - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

                                  Serve:

                                    - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

                                      Garnish:

                                        - If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley for a touch of color. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or on their own!
