Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

4 large russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly. Leave the skins on for extra texture and flavor. Cut each potato into wedges; aim for about 8 wedges per potato.

      Make the Coating: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, and oregano. Whisk together until well combined.

        Coat the Potatoes: Add the potato wedges into the bowl with the garlic mixture. Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated in the olive oil and spices.

          Add Parmesan Cheese: Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the coated potato wedges and toss again to distribute the cheese evenly.

            Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between each wedge for even cooking.

              Bake the Wedges: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
